Restoring What Matters Most.
Coyote Restoration LLC was established in 2023 and is owned by Joshua Morrison. Our North Richland Hills base places us within the communities we serve throughout the DFW metroplex. View our independent business profile.
We help property owners move from an unexpected loss to a defined next step: understanding the affected areas, documenting the conditions, planning the work, and communicating what happens next. Our service scope includes water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, storm and roofing work, contents handling, and reconstruction.
Those phases are not interchangeable. Drying a building is different from finishing repairs, and cleaning a work area is different from an independent assessment. We make those distinctions visible in our documented project case studies, rather than presenting every work-stage photo as a finished renovation.

Inspection notes, photographs, and relevant readings help define the affected areas and the work being proposed. The scope should reflect the loss, not a generic checklist.
Owners need to know what is happening now, what requires a decision, and what comes next. Where a project needs an independent assessment or a separate repair phase, that distinction matters.
Project documentation supports the owner’s understanding of the work and the handoff. Our case studies identify the recorded outcome without promising the same result or timeline for every property.
Actual project photography, specific scopes, and documented outcomes. Customer names and street addresses are omitted.

A contained bathroom-and-closet scope, with project photos and signed remediation documentation.

A multi-room water loss documented through drying, final checks, and signed completion paperwork.

Coyote Restoration LLCWe can document observed conditions and the work performed, and communicate with the property owner and insurance representatives as appropriate. Coverage and payment decisions remain with the insurer.
We do not promise claim approval, a particular settlement, or an identical outcome across projects. If you are comparing scopes or planning the next phase, start with a conversation about the actual property.
