After the fire, recovery starts here.

Fire, smoke, odor, contents, and reconstruction handled by one accountable team — from emergency board-up to the final walkthrough.

What we handle

A fire affects more than what burned.

Smoke, soot, odor, water from firefighting efforts, damaged contents, and structural issues all create a complex recovery. Coyote helps stabilize the property, document conditions, coordinate cleanup and contents, and manage the repairs to move forward.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Call us anytime at (682) 758-1624.

Is it safe to go back into my home after a fire?
Only enter after the fire department says it is safe. Structural damage, soot, and air quality can be hazards. We can help assess and secure the property.
Can you board up and tarp my property right away?
Yes. Emergency board-up and roof tarping are among the first steps we take to protect the property from weather and unauthorized entry.
What happens to my belongings?
We can pack out, inventory, and store affected contents, coordinate cleaning where items are restorable, and pack them back when the home is ready.
Do you handle the reconstruction too?
Yes. Coyote manages the full rebuild — structure, roofing, interiors, and finishes — so you don’t have to hire a separate contractor.
Will you work with my insurance adjuster?
We provide documentation and communicate with your adjuster throughout the project. Coverage decisions are made by your insurance carrier.
