Coyote Restoration ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, mailing/property address.
  • Service details: a description of the damage, the type of service requested, photos you choose to share.
  • Insurance information: carrier name, policy number, claim number — only when you choose to share it for the purpose of facilitating your claim.
  • Communication records: SMS messages, emails and call notes related to your service request.
  • Website usage data: cookies, IP address, browser type, pages viewed (collected automatically by standard analytics tools).

How we use your information

  • To communicate with you about your project, including SMS reminders if you opt in.
  • To coordinate with your insurance carrier on your behalf.
  • To improve our services and website.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging — TCPA disclosure

Sender. SMS text messages on this program are sent by Coyote Restoration LLC, 5750 Rufe Snow Drive, Suite 100, North Richland Hills, TX 76180, phone 682-758-1624.

Express consent. By texting the keyword START to 682-758-1624, by checking an opt-in checkbox on our forms (where applicable), or by otherwise providing your mobile number to us and indicating that you wish to receive text messages, you expressly consent in writing to receive recurring informational and service-related SMS text messages from Coyote Restoration LLC at the mobile number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or otherwise.

Types of messages. Messages may include: appointment scheduling and reminders, dispatch and on-the-way notifications, job status updates, photos requested for documentation, insurance-claim coordination updates, billing or payment notifications, and customer-service follow-up. Marketing or promotional messages, where applicable, will be clearly identifiable and require separate opt-in.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on the activity of your service request. During an active job, you may receive multiple messages per day. Outside of an active job, message frequency is typically minimal.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to text messages in order to receive emergency restoration services from Coyote Restoration. You may decline texting and still receive identical service via phone calls and email.

Costs. Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless carrier and plan. Coyote Restoration is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving or sending text messages on this program.

Opt out (STOP). You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send you further messages on the program. You may continue to receive transactional messages required by law (for example, to confirm cancellation).

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at 682-758-1624.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.

No third-party sharing for marketing. We do not share, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your consent under this section is exclusive to Coyote Restoration LLC.

Privacy. SMS opt-in data is stored only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. To request deletion of your SMS opt-in record, call 682-758-1624 or reply STOP.

By participating in this SMS program you agree to these terms and to our Terms & Conditions.

  • With your insurance carrier, when you authorize us to coordinate your claim.
  • With our crew members and subcontractors, only as needed to complete your service.
  • With service providers (e.g., scheduling, communications, analytics) bound by confidentiality.
  • When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to update or delete your information by contacting us.
  • You can opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
