Use of this website

Service estimates & agreements

Estimates provided through this website or initial conversation are preliminary and subject to on-site assessment. Final scope and pricing are documented in a written work authorization signed before any non-emergency work begins. Emergency mitigation may begin under verbal or electronic authorization where damage is actively progressing.

Communications & text messaging (TCPA)

By providing your phone number to Coyote Restoration LLC and indicating consent — including by texting the keyword START to 682-758-1624 — you expressly authorize Coyote Restoration LLC to send you recurring informational and service-related text messages at that number, including via automated systems. This authorization is independent of any purchase: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your job activity. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; reply HELP for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coyote Restoration does not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Phone calls

Insurance claims

While we coordinate directly with your insurance carrier and submit documentation on your behalf, the contractual relationship between you and your insurer is your own. We do not guarantee coverage approval, scope acceptance, or payment of any specific line item by an insurance carrier.

Our liability for any service performed is limited to the scope and terms in your signed work authorization.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
